Before turning on a brand new machine, we recommend that you remove all brackets from the machine before turning it on the very first time. Usually the machines are shipped with the hat hoop installed. This will allow us to reset the x/y axis positions which may have shifted while in transit.
Installing the hoop bracket
Step 1:
Identify the size of the hoop you are using, the size is usually marked on the hoop.

Press the "Change" icon on the control panel.

Select the corresponding hoop.

Note: A-F and the hat are factory presets. These parameters can be changed if needed to.
Please note that the presets are not set to exactly the size of the hoop, it is set smaller to prevent the needle hitting the hoop. Last section of this article will demonstrate how to custom set hoop parameters.
Step 2:
Identify the notches for mounting the bracket. Red circle indicates the notches.

Install the bracket according to the width of the hoop.
Insert the bracket, and tighten the two bolts.

Step3:
Make sure it is centered. You can confirm whether it is centered or not by counting the remaining outside notches. Make sure both sides are the same. Ex if left has two notches on the outside, the right side should be the same.

Step 4:
Mount the hoop, making sure that it fits correctly.

When mounting the bracket and the hoop, make sure you do not move the x/y axis, this will put the machine off alignment. If moved accidentally please go back to step 1 and re-select hoop size.
Notes:
CORITA machines accept several third-party hoops from other manufacturers. The presets on the control screen can be altered according to the hoop you purchase from a third-party supplier. Please contact us if you need help with the correct parameters for your third-party hoop.
Customizing hoop parameter
We do not recommend you changing parameters for A-F, as those are factory defaults for the included hoops.
Step 1:
Select settings button

Step 2:
Press "Set" button

Step 3:
Enter the parameter for your new hoop. Please contact us if need help with parameter calculations.
