Unboxing and assembly

Our single head embroidery machine weighs roughly 300lbs (150kg) it is recommended that you have at least two people for the unboxing and assembly of the machine stand.
Bolt and washer installation order:
Properly torque down the bolts until its snug.
Machine head bolts from below:
Carefully install the large bolts to secure the machine onto the frame. Make sure all four bolts are securely fastened all the way.
You may try rocking the machine after assembly to determine if there is any play, the machine should sit firmly on the frame without any play.
**You may need to adjust the frame by loosening the frame bolts to set the proper width for the machine head.
A fully assembled stand with machine:
Before turning on the machine, please lower and secure the frame foot, this will give the machine a more stable base to prevent rolling during operation.
